Dr. Henry has been practicing in the field of urology since 1980. He
earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston,
Texas and completed his surgical residency at the University of Hawaii
in Honolulu and his urology residency at the University of Texas Health
Science Center in Houston.

John G. Giannakis, MD
Dr.
Giannakis earned his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences
University Medical School in Portland Oregon. He received his surgery
and urology training at the University of Texas Health Science Center
at Houston. During his urological residency he served as Chief Resident
in Urology. He has been practicing in the field of urology since 1991.
Dr. Giannakis specializes in laser surgery, extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy and microvascular surgery.
He is board certified
by the American Board of Urology and is affiliated with the following
professional organizations: Harris County Medical Society, Texas
Medical Association, Houston Urologic Association, Texas Urologic

Paul R. Kenworthy, MD
Dr.
Kenworthy graduated summa cum laude in biology from Wittenberg
University, in Springfield, Ohio. He earned his M.D. from Ohio State
University College of Medicine. He completed residencies in surgery and
urology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Dr. Kenworthy's research has been published in Urology and the Journal of Urology, as well as in several scientific proceedings and presentations.
Dr. Kenworthy is board certified by the American Board of Urology.

Michael F. Graham, Jr., MD
Dr. Michael Graham joined Northwoods Urology in July of 2001. He earned
his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
He completed his residency in general surgery at the University of
Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston. He completed his residency in
general urology at Hermann Hospital and was an acting fellow M.D. at
the Anderson Cancer Center from 1995 to 1996.
Dr. Graham has been a clinical instructor in surgery/urology at the
University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston since 1997. Dr.
Graham is board certified
by the American Board of Urology and is associated with Harris County
Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, and the American Urological
Association.

Matthew M. Hogan, MD
Dr.
Hogan joined Northwoods Urology in July 2003. He earned his medical
degree from University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He
also completed his urological and general surgery internship with the
University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Hogan is board certified
by the American Board of Urology. He is associated with the following
professional organizations: American Urological Association,
Endourological Society, American Association of Clinical Urologists,
and the Texas Medical Association.

Liliana Woo, MD
In
1995, Dr. Woo received her bachelor of science, honors degree in
microbiology from The University of Texas at El Paso. From there, she
earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 1999. She
followed that with a general surgery internship and urology residency
at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Her honors
include being a Top Ten Senior at UT El Paso and being elected to the
Third World Caucus Chair while at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Woo is board certified
by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Woo joined Northwoods Urology in
2004 and is a member of the American Medical Association, American
Urological Association, and the Harris County Medical Society.

Drew Dylewski, MD

A
graduate of Princeton University, Dr. Dylewski earned his medical
degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed
his training in surgery and urology at Duke University Hospital in
Durham, North Carolina. He joined Northwoods Urology in 2007 and is a
member of the American Medical Association and American Urological
Association.
Dr. Dylewski has a clinical interest in robotic and laparoscopic
procedures, and performs robotic-assisted prostatectomy for the
management of prostate cancer.

Clyde L. Corey, MD

Dr.
Clyde Corey is a board-certified urologist in practice since 1993. He
received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern
Medical School, Dallas, TX. He served his surgical internship and
urological residency at the University of Texas Medical School,
Houston, where he was Chief Resident, Urology. He is a member of the
Texas Medical Association, Texas Urological Society, American
Association of Clinical Urologist, American Lithotripsy Society and
American Urological Association. He is past president of the Montgomery
County Medical Society and served at Tomball Regional Hospital as
Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Chief of Staff.

Deborah T. Hooker, RN, MSN, CCRN, ACNP-CS
Nurse
Hooker is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her
undergraduate nursing degree at San Jacinto College, in Pasadena, Texas
and her BSN, summa cum laude, in nursing from Prairie View A& M
University, The University Center/Woodlands in Houston, Texas. She
completed her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program at the University
of Texas,Houston, in May of 2000.
She is the recipient of the following awards and honors:
- Good Samaritan Foundation Scholarship
- National Institute of Health Professional Nurse Traineeship
- Member, Sigma Theta Tau, Zet Pi Chapter, International Nursing Honor Society
She is a certified Adult Critical Care Nurse, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Nurse Hooker is a member of the American Association of Critical Care
Nurses and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a Nurse
Volunteer for the Conroe Independent School District and the South
County Community Clinic.

Karen MacKenney, RN, MSN, FNP-C
Karen is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree at North Harris Montgomery College and her Bachelors Nursing Degree at The University of Wyoming, Laramie, Wyoming. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioner Program and received her Masters Nursing Degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas. Karen has over 15 years of nursing experience and 10 years of urology experience. She is a member of North Harris Montgomery County Advanced Practice Nurse Association, Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, Alpha Pi Chapter, International Nursing Honor Society.
