1Do I need a referral to see a Urologist?
When scheduling, we will inform you if your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care physician (PCP). If required, it is your responsibility to obtain and ensure your PCP faxes it to us at (936) 273-6911 prior to your visit.
2Should I come prepared to give a urine sample?
Yes, it is highly recommended to be prepared to provide a urine sample upon arrival. The majority of our appointments require a urine analysis, and being prepared helps ensure your visit proceeds without delays.
3What are the most important items to bring to my appointment?

4How do I access my medical records and test results?
You can securely access your personal health information, test results, and communicate with our care team 24/7 through the Northwoods Urology Patient Portal.
5What are your office hours for scheduling?
Our offices are open for scheduling and appointments Monday through Thursday from 8am - 5pm, and Fridays from 8 - 1pm.
